When transfer is needed
Transfer is required after official confirmation of death — from an apartment, private home, hospital, hospice, or other location. Moving the body yourself is prohibited by sanitary rules.
The doctor issues the medical death certificate — only then can funeral transport be called. If the document is not ready, the agent will help expedite processing.
Transfer is not a formality but a mandatory step before funeral or cremation preparation. The body is delivered to the morgue for sanitary treatment and further preparation.
